Kopi Kapital Pte. Ltd. is a private limited company registered in Singapore, UEN 202531485M. Our registered business activities include the wholesale of fuels and related products.
We work with buyer-side and seller-side contacts to clarify requirements, communicate proposed offers and procedures, and keep commercial discussions organised.
Our role
Our role is commercial intermediation and coordination. The relevant buyer and seller agree the product, payment and delivery obligations for their transaction. Any authority for Kopi Kapital to represent a particular party must be expressly agreed in writing.

Jeremy leads Kopi Kapital’s commercial enquiry and transaction coordination, including communication with buyer-side and seller-side contacts, clarification of proposed procedures, and liaison with shipping and logistics providers.
His work focuses on requirements, documentation flow and follow-up across prospective transactions.

We coordinate with counterparties and service providers in Singapore and overseas according to the requirements of each enquiry.
